Chest pain in middle of Pectoral muscles

Hi Doctor's i am Covid recovered patient ( 30 day's over ) in home isolation who got chest pain in middle of both Pectoral muscles from last one week but when consulted i was prescribed MOVEXX MR tablet. But even after week it continues to come occasionally now. Is it normal when there is muscle pain to get shocks(pain) in ear for 5 seconds ? I also got ECG & Echo done it is normal. So who or how should i proceed next ? Is this shocks on ear symptoms of black fungus ? Thanks.
