Chest Pain

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have pain in middle of the chest back side of the chest. when i breath in pain is increasing. i went to general physician and he diagnose the test (2d echo & chest x-ray & ECG), he told me nothing was the problem and suggest me to take uprise d3 60k weekly once for 2 months & met xl 125 mg. but the pain is continuous please suggest me what to do and which doctor should consult.

HELLO, kindly share your ECG and Chest X ray. How much was your heart rate and blood are pressure? am pretty sure met XL would not be 125 mg It would have been 12.5 mg tablet Kindly avoid smoking, alcohol, spicy foods and outside foods and cool drinks.. Take Tab. Pantocid L 1-0-0 morning on empty stomach for 7 days. Kindly review with further details..
