Chest pain
I have felt a sudden pain in my chest after lunch. It lasts for some 30 seconds or so. Both times I did not drink water after lunch. It feels like someone is pinching my heart. What could be the reason?

Could gastritis . Take a course of tab Pantop 40 mg OD before breakfast for 2 weeks and see. If it doesn’t subside visit a doctor and get Ecg done
