I have chest pain from yesterday. I take medicine for empty stomach . But pain was continue till now. After lunch I feel fever and back pain also... please consult me some medicine

Hello there. I can understand your concern. For fever and back pain you can take a tab. Dolo 650mg twice a day after food. For the chest pain, we need more information to know what's causing it.
