Chest pain
I have chest pain exactly where my heart is located. Even my back hurts because of this. I also have issues in breathing. I feel that a heavy weight has been kept on my chest.

Get an ECG done... If normal try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid Stress as it may make your gastritis symptoms worse...consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over the counter medications with above..consult physician if symptoms persists.

Generally heart pain is a poorly localized as it is a visceral pain. Your age also do not put u in high risk category for heart problem. Unless u r diagnosed with some congenital heart disease.
Just do some basic test at local Physician and get diagnosed . rule out anaemia , gastric issues and also watch for undue stress affecting u.
