Chest pain
I feel my chest tightning up whenever I try mediation especially if I sit straight and try deep breaths. The pain subsides when I lean forward and try normal breaths. Chest starts to hurts with every subsequent breath, when I do jumping jacks or running. I face the same issue, if I keep going, the pain sharpens and worst case my head starts hurting and I feel the vomiting sensation and even vomit sometimes. When my head starts hurting my mood changes and I loose interest in simple chores.
