If the ECG and Chest Xray is normal, the chances of it being a severe chest pain are ruled out. Avoid spicy, oily food, alcohol, caffiene, smoking as they all can cause gastritis( acidity) which can also cause chest pain. Muscular pain will go away with some pain killers.
