Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am a anxiety patient from last year.. And feeling chest pain and left hand pain.. Done all tests like echo tmt.. All were normal... But anxiety is present till now.. But from 7 to 8 days my palpitations are different.. Like suddenly heart beat increases without any stress... For sometimes and chest muscle jumps with every beat... It this only anxiety or I have developed some heart issue...

Anxiety can cause increase heart beat ( palpitations) However sudden increase in heart beat for some time can be arrhythmia ( electrical activity disturb of heart) . This need to b evaluated with a holter test .
