Chest pain.
I am a 19 year old boy. I have been smoking since last 5 years. Recently I am experiencing pain in my chest whenever I wake up or even when I walk. My nose is blocked most of the time and the throat has a burning sensation much of the time. Many a times I feel loss of breathe even without getting indulged in physical activities. I am tired throughout the day. My whole body aches most of the time. Technically I am completing my day much on will power. My body is not allowing me to be active even for an hour. Kindly help. I can't tell my parents of smoking.
