Hello there. First things first. Who has prescribed you beta blockers.? Since ECG and echo is normal, heart problems are ruled out to a great extent. Consult a physician in person for further evaluation of this and treatment. Don't do tests on your own and don't take medicines on your own. Beta blockers shouldn't be dispensed without a valid prescription I don't understand how you have got hold of such things. Regards
