Hello there.
First things first.
Who has prescribed you beta blockers.?
Since ECG and echo is normal, heart problems are ruled out to a great extent.
Consult a physician in person for further evaluation of this and treatment.
Don't do tests on your own and don't take medicines on your own.
Beta blockers shouldn't be dispensed without a valid prescription I don't understand how you have got hold of such things.
Regards
