Hi sir i'm suffering from chest pain right lower side its very low pain i done the TMT this report is OK what is the problem

You are young man and pain is on right side why you went for TMT . Consult a physician in E R may be it is nothing he may suggest some investigations or USG to r/ o any problem in gall bladder..
