  4. Chest pain. Too much please help me out?

Hi I'm diagnosed with type 1 diabetic and also have hypothyroidism and my current weight is 76kgs I'm frequently getting chest pain which lasts only for 2-3 mins and sometimes I'm feeling heaviness in my chest once doctor suggested me to take gas tablets but when I took them after few hours my chest pain has increased too much please help me out
