Chest pain
Hi, I dont have any problem while walking and jogging, but when i lie down straight i feel mild pain in chest at left side. If I lie down on left or right side i dont have pain. I had done ECG and 2D echo and they came normal. Please suggest Thanks

Non-exertion of chest pain could be more likely musculoskeletal pain, it needs further evaluation or confirmation by doing ECG, 2-D Echo, TMT if required. If you have any risk factors like diabetes BP cholesterol smoking family history of CAD you made required evaluation with TMT.
