Chest pain,enlarged belly and weakness

Asked for Female, 53 Years

My mom has been complaining of fever and weakness for the past 3-4 months.She has also had severe pain in knee joints for which she was treated.However for the past 2-3 weeks the fever has subsided.Now she complains of chest pain and abdominal distension.She has taken a chest xray.
