Chest pain during the night
I am 22 years old and I am getting chest pain every night and my left hand nerves are also paining. Is this a sign of heart attack. I have a oximeter in my home when I checked my pulse it is normal. .

It is unlikely to be a heart attack... possibly numbness and tingling because of pressure on your left arm while sleeping. It should settle down. Not to worry
