Doc, i have experiencing chest pain in the upper part of my chest. My neck is burning like it happens in cough. I m unable to sleep as pain increases when i lie down. I feel like something is stuck in my food pipe in my chest. Pain started this night only and very first time i m experiencing this. What to do doc???
