Dear sir/mam, Im 25 years old and im male. I did not get chest pain usually mens gets at a particular age.and my niple and areola are small...kindly tel me what is the reason for this.and can I make my niple and areola as others have.kindly help

My Dear Friend, Why are you worried about small size of your nipple and areola. In males it is any way vestigial. How ever if you are still keen, then one way of increasing the size of areola is to tattoo around it, as that is the common technique used in cosmetic surgery for females, but to match the exact colour can sometimes be an issue. How ever you may explore this option. Best wishes.
