Chest pain both side

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I getting pain but not regularly, some time. I don't know where happening pain in chest or heart , I can't identify, I was consult with doc. But he told me you can not face heart problem in 23 age. He told me you getting a pain by cool weather. Is that possible. But still some time I getting pain.
