Chest pain and headache with back pain
Hi doctor ,I'm having chest pain severe back pain and headache since 2 days ,2 days back I also had acidity for which I took tablets and yesterday acidity was fine but still I have mild chest pain but severe back pain yesterday nite n today morning .Also to bring in notice I have started workout at home pushups ,could it be sprain or any serious issue ,I dont have fewer or breathing issue .My periods is nearing could it be because of that.

It’s may be mainly due to Gastric problem , what medicines r u taking for gastric problem??

Likely musculoskeletal pain and also some gastritis too. Take rest. Short course of pantoperazole 40 once a day empty stomach you may start.. Acenac MR could be better for pain relief( as diclofenac causes more gastritis) which you should take after meals.. better to consult a physician

Take Rest for few days and dolo 650 as required and Start workout in phase wise after the periods, not to be aggressive on day one ...

Hi. I understand your concern s. Continue antu acidity medications for a week atleast . Do bot start rigorous work out. Take one step at a time and stretching before exercise is very important.

From your description a muscle pull seems most likely. It is very common to sprain neck and upper back muscles during new onset pushup workout. Kindly take adequate rest and try topical pain killer gels. Like diclofenac. It might be beneficial.
