Chest pain after extertion
Every time I climb stairs. 4 flight of stairs in 45 seconds. I can climb. But after climbing I feel chest pain in left side and that radiates to left arm. If I walk 6 kmph speed on treadmill I don't fill pain. But if I run I feel pain and have to slow down in 30 second. I had TMT twice and a stress echocardiography and it came absolutely normal with METs 10.1. I don't understand now whether it is angina or what. It has been happening on and off for 1 year. By BP is a bit high 130/90 for which I take telisartan 40 mg
