Chest pain after exercise
Ok first I'm 19, health habits: i sit and lay alot i, dont usually exercise, and i dont really have appetite for fruit. exercised yesterday, basic running, my chest started to hurt especially when trying to take deep breaths and kept hurting for the rest of the day but started to fade. Until i woke up with that same pain today only for it to fade again but its still slightly there. Im just worried maybe its just because I'm very unactive or maybe its nothing but i need help in knowing.
