I am having a fluctuating type of chest pain. The pain often fluctuates around right and left side of my chest. Every night and morning I feel a subdued chest pain but with the course of time it vanishes

When you press on your ribs and if you feel pain, or if it hurts when you take a deep breath or cough it is a muscular pain and will go away with time.. chest pain could also occur with acid reflux.. it is difficult to rule out the cause of pain without physical examination. So if continues and bothers you it is advisable to get it checked out
