Chest discomfort
Continue chest discomfort left side right side since last 15 days.stomach bloated. Tenderness below rib cage left side . Tenderness left side heart area just left side of the center heart.rapid heart beat with shortness of breath. I am diabetic. Age 34 weight 63 kgs blood pressure normal .

Chest discomfort in the background of diabetes is likely to be a sign of heart disease (heart vessel blockage). You may need an ECG and echocardiography. But even before that, Please meet a cardiologist as early as possible and get yourself properly clinically examined for a final advice on further management. Hope this helps.
