Chest congestion, pain, burning sensatio
I feel like something's stuck down my throat and chest. It pains and feels suffocating, burning sensation is also there. What do I do? How do I relieve it? Is it GERD?

It looks very much like GERD. Avoid spicy and oily food. Consult for medicines

It most probably is GERD
Next Steps
take a tab PAN 40 mg now, if the pain and suffocation do not improve in an hour visit the emergency nearby and get an ECG done to rule out cardiac cause
