Chest congestion and cold
My 9 month old daughter has chest congestion, i heared some noise coming from chest 1-2 times since morning. Last night she had running nose but this morning it seems congested. Please advice on diet as well as remedy.

Give cetirizine syp for cold....
Chest sound mostly due to nasal block so instill nasal saline drops to relieve nasal block....

Hi,
Sounds can be due to nose block.
Use saline nasal drops to clean nose
Do steam inhalation
Give warm water/ soup frequently.
