Chest center tight from yesterday evenin
I am bp and sugar patient and used medicines. From yesterday evening my chest centertight standerdely. Rarely free and regulate left side and again to center. 1 year back also suffered as same. 6 months back cardiology check up done. I am gastic patient also rarely suffered heavily. presently chest center tightnes and gastic. No other changes. Kindly suggest temporary relief. Thank you.

if pain is squeezing and aggrevating on exercise please do check up like ecg if it is after food u can take ondansetron thrice daily for 3days

Please get a ECG and Trop T done to rule out a cardiac cause. For gastric problem you can use Gelusil-MPS chewable tablets 3 to 4 times daily for one or two days
