Chest burning
How can I possibly avoid the chest burning sensation while having food? It remains all throughout the day though. My stomach goes blotted at times.

these are symptoms of gastritis..avoiding spicy food,regular food habits,eating 2 hours before sleep may help u..if ur symptoms persists after these u may have to visit nearest doctor

Hi Your symptoms are suggestive of gastritis . symptoms can be reduced by Having food on time and avoiding oily and spicy food. Drink plenty of water .
