If your ECG and stress test is normal then you do not need to worry. High heart rates during exercise can be due to anxiety, or lack of physical activity. If your cardiologist says that your heart is fine then believe him and stop worrying. Start exercising to train your heart to remain calm. That should take care of your heart rate.
