Hi..these are keloids or simply put overgrown scars secondary to boils on the chest. It is a common issue when boils occur on chest. You need to get them injected with a three drug combination. In addition, a laser hair removal should be done to prevent more boils from happening. The three drug combination is better than a single drug (steroid) which is usually given by most skin specialists. The three drug combination has been invented my me.
