Chest and back pain
Last 20 days I am suffering from chest pain touching with finger at center of the chest it's painful and sometimes chest left and right side pain and some time no pain even cough wil comes that time chest paining . At the same time back pain also please suggest any medicine for relief. I have the diabetes from last 10 years using novamix 30 insulin

Pain may be because of muscular or acidity related. Start Tab Xykaa MR 4 mg twice daily for 5 days Tab Omez 40 mg once daily for 5 days
