Hey, for those who takes warfarin INR should be between 2-3 , now pts INR is 4.47 so dose has to be reduced ,consult general physician

For mvr inr should be around 3. Would advise to decrease warfarin to 5 mg and recheck after 1 week if lower than 3 then would advise to alternate 5 with 6 mg and again recheck after a week
