Cheeks area has stretchy skin.

Asked for Male, 18 Years

A year ago I had very small dots(something like pimples) on my cheeks I ignored it, and now i have very strange skin on my cheeks it looks like stretched skin but I don't feel anything, stretching or anything. I am attaching some pics plz tell me what is it, in picture I was not able to capture that stretch exactly. Note: it might not be dry skin as I have tried moisturiser it didn't help and again small pimple like things appears, I used boroplus it helped in getting rid of that pimple thing but note that stretch. There is no regular circle, so that I could call it as ring worm. I could be that I don't know please help.
