  4. Cheat pain on the right side. I do?

Cheat pain on the right side
Hi, my wife is experiencing chest pain (right side) and pain is also radiating towards the right arm, right side jaw and right ear and right side back. What should I do? There is absolutely no sign of gas at all. She is also feeling dizzy with severe headache.
