Sir no need to buy extended release lithium. Lithium carbonate 300 mg is 22 RS per 10 tablets.
Suppose ur taking 2 tab of 400 mg lithoson SR then you can switch to same equivalent dose of plain Licab 300 mg .....
Most of the govt hospital it's freely available.
Amisulpride is definitely costly....if you can afford it I suggest you better to change it with Risperidone or another second generation molecule.
Consult with a Psychiatrist before all type of change and switch .....
