Hi since winter, I've had recurring chapped lips, and there's this one spot on top of my upper lip that is like a scab. Should I be worried? Can you suggest something to apply, I have user vaseline, but it comes and goes.

Little humidity in the air during the winter months cause chapped lips. Frequent sun exposure in the summer can also worsen your condition. Another common cause of chapped lips is habitual licking. Saliva from the tongue can further strip the lips of moisture, causing more dryness
Next Steps
Furthermore, you can use the following remedies to get rid of dry patch:
Drink enough water,Applying aloe Vera gel 3- 4 times daily, Cover your lip from extreme cold and hot conditions( use scarf to cover), Use lip balm containing shea butter and coconut oil as they work best for keeping your lips moisturized, increase intake of vitamin A,C and E.

Nothing to worry about chapped lips. Try to consume 3 liters of water per day and sleep at least 8 hours per day, preferably use herbal chap lip gel with added aloe Vera extract will resolve ur condition soon.
Apply a good lip balm with sunscreen. You can use coconut oil also. Do not lick your lips to moisten them as this dries them further. Add a vitamin bcomplex tablet to your diet.
