Changing words while speaking
Hello Doctor, I have been noticing for a while that whenever I speaks in both my mother tongue and English, iam just changing a word while speaking a sentence. Thinking about a word but speaking another word. It I happens when I speak at home, at office meet and when iam having conversation with any third person. Is it normal or anything I need to worry about? Its frequent nowadays. Pls suggest
