The depends on many factors, how old the children are, which standards they are studying in currently and after 2 years. Many streams have special quotas for students who from the state itself, language barriers etc have to be taken into account. As for the emotional impact on the children, most children adapt well and make new peers after a initial period. However, if you are repeatedly going to be transferred every 2 years or so then the constant shifting might affect the children since they may face difficulty making long term friends.
