Change in hormones and period cycle

Asked for Female, 25 Years

She took unwanted 72 pill on 10th jan after which 14 days later she had a bit of clot but next morning nothing her cycle is on 28th of month. Is it side effect of pill or what? What should be done wait till periods ?
