Thankyou for Sharing,  As per my information ,Chest pain can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include heavy lifting, weight lifting, trauma to the chest or swallowing a large piece of food. And also Stress and anxiety can also cause chest and abdominal pain. Stomach pain caused by anxiety can feel like nausea or a dull ache. Severe anxiety can induce an anxiety or panic attack, causing sharp, stabbing pains in the chest. Try to balance your emotions reduce stress levels, If you still feel difficult than I suggest you to consult with Psychologist to help you best.
Next Steps
Consult with Psychologist.
