Chaffing in the groin are
I think I have chaffing in the area between the scrotum and the thighs. The skin looks torn and seems to have a white pasty coating.

Hello....... That could be fungal infection, it associate with itching, Maintain private parts dry and clean ..bath daily, don't sleep with soaked underwater ,use antifungal dusting powder .. You can apply ointment also .. Apply it in night wash in morning .. If all these doesn't work you may need to take tablets ,consult dermatologist
