Cervical sponditis
Dear Sir / Madam Am 38 yrs Male I have been suffering from neck pain from almost 6 months , it comes & goes , I was feeling Uncomfortableness in my forehead so Consulted ENT Doctor some said it could be allergic & one Doctor said could be due to sinitis & suggest to ct PNS scan , My scan report is normal no sinus , but I have my neck pain & I feel like scratiching my head from inside ( Brain Nerve ) & Feel uncomfortable in forehead too . Consulted MD general Physician He Confirmed I have cervical sponditis .Is it possible that my brain nerve pain  Mild & I feel to scratch my head . Sometimes mild Eye pain I get . Please Suggest.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Dear Sir, It seems you are having Cervical Spondylitis with element of Migraine/Tension Headache.
Next Steps
Consult a Neurophysician. Till then Tab Paracetamol 1000mg OD.
Health Tips
Make a proper sleep cycle. Avoid loud noise and light. Avoid using digital devices such as phone and laptop for not more than 2 hrs a day. Gentle massage to your neck will also be helpful.

It can be due to many reasons. May b due to cervical spondylitis, but less common at this age; may be due to cervical radiculopathy; may be due to ENT reason but as u said u have already consulted ENT surgeon. U dint mention about any of eye problem. Get ur eyes checked for change in power of eyes ( spects no)

u can take TAB.DAN-MR 2 times for 4-5 days, hot water bag fomentation, avoid lifting heavy weight

Since so many months have passed with pain you should get cervical spine mri. Get a good physiotherapist and start doing cervical exercises. Take paracetamol for pain Consult after mri
