Cervical & Lumbar pain
I have been suffering cervical & lumbar spondylosis which are 28 yrs & 10 yrs. old respectively. Always one is predominant to the other. Presently the lumbar pain gives me unbearable pain which restricts my movement in daily life. I have undergone a lot of allopathety treatment, but in vain. Please advice me how to get rid of all these pains.
