Cervical length 2.9 cm 20 weeks pregnant
I have history of one spontaneous miscarriage. Currently 22 weeks pregnant and my 20 weeks USG showed cervical length 2.9 cm. Is it too small? Whether i would need cervical stitch or not?

2.5 cms is the cut off.
But if you had 2nd trimester abortion previous then better get a circlage
