Cellulitis at anterior shin area
Suffering from cellulitis for last 2 months in anterior shin area started from small cut with redness, inflammation n tremendous burning sensation. Completed 2 courses of antibiotics with small positive effect with lot of side effects like mouth ulcer n severe constipation. Now little amount of fluid is coming out from the small cut. Kindly suggest
