As my father suffering from night fever and full body pain from last 40 days. All the tests has been done but we found nothing. In Chest xray there is not much differences and sputum report is normal. Doctor said in the second stage of TB there is minor changes to detect the TB on the basis of xrays nd sputum. So on the basis of CECT Scan doctor started the second line TB drug. I took the few consult from many doctors and after reading this report and seeing the scan film they are saying its a reactivation of tuberculosis. Please look into the attached and advice Is this report is enough to confirm TB.

Based on the CT report, patient has already had a TB infection in the past. Did he receive any Anti Tb drugs for the same in the past? Second line drugs cannot be started for TB empirically unless some definite evidence of TB is present. Kindly ask the patient to undergo bronchoscopy procedure which may give you a diagnosis. The fluid has to be sent for a test called Gene X pert for MTB , Tb culture, bacterial culture and also AFB staining. Tb can be life threatening if not treated at the earliest. Hope you find this information useful
