Please guide about attached CBC report of my daughter 3 Years Old. Is she anemic? What is "Normocytic Normochromic blood picture"? Please suggest

The Hb ( haemoglobin) is normal, which if low means- Anaemia. Normochronic and normocytic means- normal shape and size. Not to worry
