Hi, There has been a cavity in my lower jaw, second molar. It has got very sensitive to cold and is paining like hell. The teeth is shaking a bit as well. So will it be better to get filling done or the teeth should be replaced totally.

Hello Filling won't be helpful in your case ..the doctor will check and take x ray there can be two possibilities either rct or extraction Please visit dentist soon
