Cavity and sensitivity on tooth
I am having a cavity on lower jaw 2nd last tooth.it is broken from the back edge.I had got the filling done on September 2016.The filling is there but one edge is broken.It is not painful but sensitive to hot/cold.Food gets stuck.I had 2 RCT's and scared for the 3rd one.Is there any other way to cure this?I had got x-ray done and was suggested RCT.

If your doctor has advised RCT that will be the best choice of treatment for that tooth. Once nerves of the tooth are damaged and tooth is in good condition, saving the tooth by doing root canal treatment will be good. Can u please upload xray.
