Can brushing twice a day reverse cavities? I have two dark spots. So will brushing twice a day reverse appearance of my cavity?

Though brushing twice a day with correct technique will keep a check on the ongoing cavities but they won't reverse those cavities .

If once cavity is formed in your tooth,it will not reverse by 2 times brushing only.there are another separate treatment for cavitated tooth but daily 2 times brushing with proper brushing technique will help you to keep your other tooth healthy.

It will not reverse already started cavities. But can prevent the formation of new cavities to an extent. Use of flouride tooth paste or flouride varnish can arrest the early caries to an extent. You can try that.
