Causes of Osteomyelitis
Please let me know what causes Osteomyelitis and is my present treatment of ceftum 250 mg for 3 weeks is fine.

Osteomyelitis is infection of the bone..It can come to bone from your blood,or surgical site contamination... It is treated with antibiotics..If it's not responding you will require surgical debridement
